SCOPE OF WORK (AMC)

1. In case the service contract is to be entered into after the expiry of warranty period of previous contract, the contract will be accepted subject to checking of the equipment by the company’s representative and verifying that it is in working condition. Incase the Set is found defective and any repairneeds to be done, then it will be repairedfirst and taken into contractand the Cost (labour & parts) shall be borne by the customer.
2. 3 Nos. of Preventive Services & 1 No. of BDS should be given in case of Air Conditioner, Water Purifier & Kitchen Chimney. All other gadgets – Service & Repairs as actual requires withincontract period.
3. All payments are to be made in advance along with the Contract duly signed by the authorized person.
4. The contract shall be valid for a period as mentioned in the contractform and duly signed by MACC representative.
5. Acceptance/Renewal of Contractafter expiry of the contractshall be at the discretion of the company.
6. The customer shall register the complaint in our office.
7. All defective components shall be replacedwith compatible workingparts and defective parts shall be company’s property.
8. In case the customer wants to cancel the contract before the completionof the contract period, there shall be no refund of the chargesfor unexpired period.
9. The contract is not transferable in event of resale/gift to any other person and no refund shall be given.
10. Main liner crack, doors, bulbs, runner pads, remote, consumables, body repairing fabrication job, painting job and any damage to the aesthetical components shall not be coveredunder this contract.
11. Panel board of LCD TV, LED TV & LCDMonitor, LED Monitor are not coveredin our AMC. `
12. In case of Commercial Air Conditioner (VRF, VRV, Duct able) - Scroll Compressor are not covered.
13. In case of CommercialArea – if the contract amount is exceeding Rs.4 lacs, MACC should provide 24-hour Service respectively there,client should have to providea maintenance room at their premises to get better services.
14. Our 2(two) technicians available at your Housing Complex/Commercial Complex every day from 10 AM – 7 PM it will be applicable in case of above 150 flats. In that case Association should have to provide a place/room at their complex.
15. Every Technician & Supervisor have their suitabletools & equipment’s at each end.
16. Each client has two numbersof Service RecordCard – one for our office copy & one for client’scopy to serve you best.
17. Any break down call will be attended within 12 hours’ period & any major break down like (AC/Refrigerator compressor replacement or Gas Charging W/MC motor repairing/replacement, TV picture tube or circuitreplacement etc. would be completedwithin 72 hours’ period.
18. In case of any obsolete model if spare doesn’t available at market -in that case MACC will have to exchangethe same with a new one as per client choice with attractive discount.
19. Our AMC does not coverany leakage at concealed pipeline/wiring.
20. Any fault occurs due to any short of natural calamities are not coveredunder our contract.
21. Each customer has their own right to talk about their machine’s condition with our Technical Head in our office within Office hours.
22. Payment should be given full in advance through Association in case of housing complex with written work order on Association letterhead duly signed by the President/Secretary/Authorised Signatory.
23. Payment shouldbe given by Cheque/Draft in favour of MODERN APPLIANCES CARE CORPORATION (MACC) respectively.
24. A general meetingwill be held at your complex/Site officefor better communication every 4(four) months.
